Haunted Hero’s Return Policy

At Haunted Hero’s, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Visit our Return Portal to start the return process.
    • Enter your order number and email address to generate a return authorization.

  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include the return authorization form in the package.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Use the pre-paid return shipping label provided.
    • Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at hauntedheroscollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.

If you need to return a shirt from Haunted Hero’s, follow these steps:
